Astrology for the Week of August 3 through August 9

Pull out that deck of cards, boys and girls. The universe is offering up these week a unique game of hearts, or should we call it heart’s desire?

The week starts off with a stunning grand trine of fire signs between the Aries Moon, Jupiter in Sagittarius and the sun in Leo. Aries likes to stir things up, and with the planet of abundance, Jupiter, feeding the Leo sun, you have a situation not unlike Icarus flying higher and higher towards the sun. Far be it for Leo to deny themselves, and under these stars we certainly feel we have the right to ours.

Also in play is the planetary configuration known as the Yod, the finger of God. Here Mercury, Mars and Pluto join up to talk about changes that are destined to be made.

For a short time, as the Moon moves in Taurus, there seems to be a lull in the air, but soon enough Mercury, The Sun , Saturn and Venus move into close proximity to each other, threatening to overwhelm opposing Neptune with with this hand full of trump cards. But who wins the trick? Thus inspired it is will be difficult for us to handle our passions. We might not even be in fit state to make decisions we are so enamored of our personal “rights�?.

Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn, consider your options carefully before you sign on the dotted line. The beginning ot this week brings you opportunities, just make sure you are being compensated well for the choices you make.

Cancer,Scorpio and Pisces, though you try to please your efforts fall short. Ifs not you, but these edgy stars that demand more than you can give. Buck up and hold your head up high.

Libra , Aquarius and Gemini. everybody’s talking at you, but you don’t understand a word they are saying. Everyone else seems to want you to take care of the heavy lifting, but that is because they are so sure they are right and you are wrong. Practice patience.
