Do the bosses of the Republican party run scared at the thought of Hillary Clinton as the Democractic nominee for President? Have they fueled Barack Obama’s fund raising campaign because they think he is an easier target to take down in the long run?

Why would some people suspect the Republican party of conspiracies involving the aquisiition of power? Let’s take a look at the chart of the Grand Old Party and see what astrology has to say.

The Republican party was formed on June 17, 1856 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We have no time for when the gravel first opened the convention. This gave a Sun, Mercury and Saturn in the sign of Cancer, the zodiac sign whose key identification is “protection of the home�. Mars, the planet of action, was in the diplomatic sign of Libra, the Moon in the freedom loving sign of Sagittarius. Uranus sits at the top of the chart in the sign of Taurus, Pluto sits on the applying side of the Midheaven, someone who strives for, but not wholly achieves power. This along with Jupiter and Neptune in the eight house of transformation are the most sinister positions and in terms of seriousness, not too alarming.

But people change and so do political parties. The evolution of an entity is tracked through an astrological technique called progressions. In the most commonly used type of progressions, called secondary progressions, each day following the day of “birth� represents a year of the entity’s life. Progressions are used to mark important milestones in the development of an individual. Planets move forward into the next sign, indicating a progression or evolvement of the individua’ls awarness of the function of that planet. People experience small changes. The Sun, Moon, Mercury and Mars move forward during the course of our lives. But long standing institutions see shifts in all the planets, indicating a much more profound change in veiwpoint and attitudes.

Currently the progression chart of the G.O.P. has the Sun (ego drives) and Mercury (thinking and communication style) in the secretive and power seeking sign of Scorpio. This Mercury position is in tension aspect to the natal Pluto and in stress aspect to progressed Mars in Capricorn. Capricorn is another sign that is noted for a relentless aquistion of power and status. This progressed Mars position is also in harmonious aspect to the natal Pluto, making it very possible for the G.O.P. to justify a questionable actions.

Note also that Pluto represents underground resources, one of them being oil. It is under the G.O.P. that we initiated a war against a sovreign nation obstensibly under the mandate of protecting ourselves against terrorism, but some have charged was a thinly veiled attempt to gain control of their oil resources. Investigations latter proved that Iran was no security threat, but only after a full scale invasion had secured control of these resources. It would seem that the astrology bears out the charges that the war was started under false pretenses.

Now by transit, that is, by the position in the sky now, Pluto comes to trine, that is make a harmonius aspect to to the birth positon of the Republican’s party Pluto. Hillary has said more than once that the Repulicans will not give up the White House voluntarily. She is entirely correct.
