For the upcoming week we have a series of inconjuncts. The theme of these inconjunct seem to be resolving our day to day needs with the larger issues of self development. As we go from one extreme to another maybe we should realize that we are playing against a tough opponent, ourselves. This week it is Us. vs. Us.

Here are the inconjuncts for the upcoming week.

April 12–Moon in Cancer, inconjunct Neptune in Aquarius–our need for security is disturbed by a sense of impending destiny. Neptune in Aquarius calls us to dream about how to make the world a better place, a much bigger stage than homey Moon in Cancer is used to playing.

April 13 Pluto in Capricorn, Moon in Leo We obsess over our real or imagined embarrassments, which we take as blows to our pride.

April 14 Moon in Leo, Uranus in Pisces, Jupiter in Capricorn–On one hand we want to please ourselves, on another we want to please others, and on another we want to throw in the towel on the whole mess.

April 16 Venus in Aries inconjunct Moon in Virgo–There is a real brain confusion about doing whets right and doing what feels good to us. Venus in Aries wants to blaze new trails and conquer new hearts. Moon in Virgo wants to spiff up the house and bake chocolate chip cookies.

April 17 Moon in Virgo, inconjunct Sun in Aries, Mercury in Aries, Inconjunct Neptune in Aquarius–While we cast about for a feeling of security, we are uneasy about fulfilling our desires right now and tending to our dreams for the future.

For Each Sign

Aries–Open mouth, insert foot. Yes, Aries, once again you shoot off at the mouth and miss your mark. This week should be a study in controlling your impulses and learning the value of well placed words. Consider it a challenge.

Taurus–You are cool, calm, collected and in your center, until you hit mid-week when someone feels the need to dominate you. Flattery will get them nowhere, as you know, so what’s up your sleeve to keep tensions to a minimum?

Gemini–Look twice before going forward into the intersection. Though you seem to be getting the green light for many of your projects, you need to look at who is pulling the strings to see it is worthwhile.

Cancer–You are more irritated than usual, as other people are pushing to do more than you want. Cancer, it just is time to come out of your shell!

Leo–Should you or shouldn’t you? You have a desire to break free by breaking out the cash. Is this wise? In the meantime, watch the tendency to over reach in your plans.

Virgo–Thanks to your hard work, you are reaping the fruits of your labor. Life is sweet. Share the wealth.

Libra–Your usual diplomatic ways fail in the face of pushy behavior by those around you. How much patience do you have? You’ll find out this week.

Scorpio–You have some big dreams, my friend, but you also have some good sized illusions. You need to take a step back and build on a more solid base.

Sagittarius–Your motto, “Let the good times roll.” Your attitude, “Who cares?” Now think of what that would mean if other people applied the same to you. Now you understand why they are cranky.

Capricorn–Still going strong Capricorn. You are in a better position than you think. It is your own insecurities that are providing the fuel for the burrs under your saddle. Show appreciation for those that help you.

Aquarius–The energies around you feel off balanced and uncertain. There is a part of you that wants nothing more than to be left alone, on the other hand, you don’t want to be ignored. Let others take the lead, while you take a little R & R time.

Pisces–For the first part of the week you are relaxed and happy. Then someone wants you to pay attention to them. Sigh.
