Love Shouldn’t Hurt
September 30, 2007

In America, one of four women have suffered an assault at the hands of their intimate partners at least one time in their life. Domestic Violence is the silent epidemic, because as a nation and a culture we turn our eyes away from the severity of the problem, often blaming the victim for getting herself into trouble.
For the next three days, in commemoration of October as Domestic Violence Awareness month, I and twelve of my fellow 451 bloggers are going to post on this issue, bringing different viewpoints and hopefully new awareness to a problem that touches all of us.
