Reader’s Question: Pluto in Action–Grab that Pith Helmet
October 13, 2008
Hi Beth,
The upcoming Sat/Uranus opposition is exact on my 18 degree 10-4 houses.
I have felt the upheaval for many months if not years in the making. Taking a leap of faith is right.
Someone is coming to look at my house today, Oct 12 between 11:30-12:30 mst. which I put on the market to be nearer my Dad. I’m an intentional single mom and have a three year old son.(Partnership would be great but I don’t have time to whine.) Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit crazy. Exhausted. Two 14 year old dogs. Loss feels overwhelming at times, (despite trying to be Buddhist about the nature of impermanence) and I’m not sure uprooting from my home is the best move to make now. Some days yes. Some days no.
Thoughts? Buy a pith helmet with light attached?
Answer:
You are exhausted from a prolonged struggle with transiting Pluto going over your Sun. which came to make its last go round for most of this year. It is moving away, but with the aftermath of Pluto transit, you can often feel like you are waiting for the other shoe to drop.
It doesn’t look like you have as much of choice as you think about this move, and being a Sagittarian you hate to be pinned down. Certainly this move will impose some hardships, but nothing you haven’t endured so far.
With Saturn about to go into your tenth house I am concerned that your employment situation is going to add to your stress. Lots of work, little money. Your first priority should be your child.
Dad needs to make sure that your potential financial losses are covered should you make this move. If he is unwilling to that, call your sibling and make some other arrangements for Dad’s care.
Reader’s Response:
Beth, thanks. Affirms what I’ve been sensing and feeling.
I’ll let you know what happens.
