Waking From the Dream
December 17, 2007

Usually dreamy Moon in Pisces kicks up its heels like a balking donkey in the face of challenges from the Sagittarian stellium of Sun, Mercury, Pluto and Jupiter, and not even getting support from a supposed ally, Mars in Cancer. The Moon is in late degrees of the sign and today will change to a dynamic Moon in Aries. Today we want to lay back and dream, tomorrow we’ll want to go, go, go and get ready for the Christmas show.
Before we wake from our Piscean dream, let’s explore the dichotomy of the conflict between the signs. Sagittarius wants action, adventure, new things and a certain amount of drama. It wants freedom to move and groove and has little patience with the catholic mores of traditional society. The Sagittarian dream is the exploration of mental truth, and it does so through experience. Anyone with an air or fire sign is prodded along these lines today, and you’ll see a good deal of rule breaking along the way.
Pisces is concerned with truth also, but as an emotional truth not a mental one. What feels good to Pisces is the highest expression of truth, which is why some of us have a hard time relating to Pisces. Pisces wisdom is tucked deep into their emotional crevices. Sometimes they have a difficult time in relating their emotions to other mortals. This is why communications with the Neptune ruled can be difficult to grasp, sounds disjointed, or rambling or the mutterings of madmen. It is as if they were speaking a language from another dimension and trying to translate it into human. They are. If your Pisces is silent today, it is because they are accessing this other dimension and trying to convert it to human experience. It is a difficult task.
Sagittarius wants to wake us from our dreams, prod us into action, get us moving. Give us some time, Sagittarius. Some of us are just waking up.
