Yearly Forecast For Taurus: A Very Good Year

by Beth Turnage

May 14, 2008
TaurusPic.jpgTaurus benefits from a Grand Trine in Earth Signs from your Sun to beneficent Jupiter and stabilizing Saturn just about every month for your solar year. You can take it as a vacation from the Universe, chilling out and not taking too much seriously, or put in some work, and reap some marvelous bennies. Its your choice, because you aren’t going to be prodded on by others, but gee, don’t the rest of us envy you. Except for some minor glitches, this should be a very good year.

If you are not a Sun sign Taurus, do you wish you were? Go here and see where Taurus is in your chart and see where you will have an extra helping of luck this year!

June–You are torn between work and home as one thing after another pops up in either area and people dump their problems in your lap. You might find little support for your overload, so you might do some dumping yourself. How to do this without sounding utterly mean? Offer up some honesty with with a few honied words and some quid pro quo.

July–You can secure your resources by holding on or by having a yard sale! The old, the past, childhood memories hold a special appeal right now. But are you taking a trip down memory lane with your rose colored glasses on? Keep this in mind when a parental figure in your life asks for more than you have to give.

August–Someone wants you take a step backward just to advance their position. You know better and you shouldn’t be taken in by someone’s charming smile. Resist the urge to feather you nest to save on dollars. You might have an unexpected household expense on the horizon.

September–You receive a communication about love or money that seems to be too good to be true. As you hash over what to do, keep in mind that whatever decision you make will have momentous consequences for you. But heh, no pressure.

October--Mostly good luck has been following you this year, so you are bound to attract the unwanted attentions of some jealous people. Keep your ears to the ground and your eyes open for those that think you need to be taken down a peg or two. Consult Capricorn should you need some good advice.

November–Now your opposition comes out into the open, and quite an array of people it is. They think they have caught you by surprise, but it seems they underestimate the strength of your position and the number of supporters that you have. Best not to react than to over react. Learn the meaning of the phrase “roll with the punches.â€?

December–Things are moving quickly this month and you have a hard time keeping up the pace. Though you are more comfortable with tried and true methods, you are being pushed to adopt some new methods and philosophies. A stubborn stance will not go over well. If it is holiday preparations that are stressing you out, remember the reason for the season.

January–Last month’s more frenetic pace gives way to the calming influence of the sun and mars in Capricorn and you can breath a sigh of relief. Your only annoyance is that some friends are acting uncharacteristically flaky. Its not you Taurus. They are sagging under the weight of their own responsibilities.

February–You want to cuddle or a partner wants to cuddle, but the fact is there isn’t a whole lot of cuddling going on. Issues of who is in charge in the relationship rears its ugly head, as someone asserts that their way is best. Is this you, dear Taurus? Then rethink things, because you will get nowhere fast with that attitude.

March–Its just so hard to understand what other people are thinking as they rush to the new and untried. Unfortunately, it is you Taurus, that is out of touch with the pace of those around you. As people whizz around with their cellphones, blackberries, and laptops, you can’t help but wish for a simpler time.

May–You are primed for romance as spring fever hits, but the ardent advance of any admirer are too much too fast. You preferred to be wooed, Taurus and see no need to rush things. Think about a weight loss program, if not for your appearance, for your health.
